How to use it

  1. Create a status schedule and select an eligible channel.
  2. Enter the supported content and media, then set the available schedule fields.
  3. Save the schedule; use Edit, Publish now or Delete as needed.
  4. Inspect errors and channel connection state when publication fails.

Permissions and important details

Only channels supported by the status integration are eligible. This feature does not establish official Cloud API or Coexistence status-publishing capability for every WhatsApp connection.
