  1. Use the platform’s Meta authorization flow with the business account you are authorized to manage.
  2. Select the intended WhatsApp business asset/number and complete the offered registration steps.
  3. Review connection health and template availability.
  4. Verify inbound/outbound messages and receipts with an authorized test contact before campaigns.

Permissions and important details

Cloud API is distinct from official Coexistence and the separate Business App agent. Available setup depends on app permissions, account eligibility and provider approval; do not share tokens in support messages.
