- Authorize an eligible WhatsApp Business account through the platform’s Meta app.
- Select the correct business asset and complete the provider onboarding prompts.
- Choose supported contact/history synchronization options and monitor progress.
- Verify native-app messages, inbox messages and supported delivery events.
Permissions and important details
Official Coexistence connects eligible native Business App use with Cloud capabilities. It is not the separately installed local Business App agent. History/contact synchronization is limited to provider-supported data and authorization choices; complete historical parity is not guaranteed.
