  • Inbound protocol settings (IMAP/POP)
  • SMTP/outbound settings
  • Auto-reply/signature templates
  • Trigger rules and status definitions

Setup Steps

  1. Create channel type EMAIL.
  2. Set inbound server/auth values.
  3. Set outbound SMTP values.
  4. Save channel and run Test inbound.
  5. Run Poll now for manual fetch check.

Agent Permissions

Configure email reply/reply-all/forward/delete permissions per channel access policy.
