How to use it
- Use Audit Logs to investigate recorded administrative actions in your tenant.
- Use Data Activity categories to find the relevant operation, then load further records when available.
- Open an event to inspect its recorded time, actor and details.
- When reporting a problem, share the event time and record identifier rather than credentials or full customer content.
Permissions and important details
Logs describe recorded platform events; absence of an entry is not proof that an external action never happened. MCP tool audit records intentionally exclude raw customer text and tokens.
