How to use it

  1. Set the workspace timezone and available operational preferences under General settings.
  2. Maintain contact information used by your workspace-facing features.
  3. Create/edit conversation tag definitions for consistent inbox categorization.
  4. Create and maintain Shorts for reusable text, links or media; review the final recipient and content when inserting a saved reply.

Permissions and important details

Contact tags and conversation tags have different purposes. Tenant contact information is not the platform operator’s legal invoice identity. Do not change another company’s details to repair your own profile.
