How to use it

  1. Create a named connection and choose its expiry.
  2. Select only the required permissions and explicit channels. Reply previews also require conversation access.
  3. Copy the token once into your approved assistant’s secret storage.
  4. Use the displayed server URL with Streamable HTTP and an Authorization: Bearer header in a compatible client.
  5. Review last-used/expiry information. Revoke unwanted connections, or create a replacement and revoke the old one to rotate credentials.

Permissions and important details

Owners manage tenant connections; administrators manage their own and need full assigned-channel access. Support-ticket metadata permission is tenant-wide. Credentials expire and are rechecked against the issuing user. OAuth-only clients are not supported by this release. Tools can search/read records and prepare reply previews; they cannot send messages, launch campaigns, delete records or save drafts. Revocation does not recall information already received by an external assistant.
