How to use it

  1. Review the Flow plans and existing license status shown in Billing.
  2. Refresh plan/license information before changing or activating access.
  3. Use the available license-key and plan controls according to your entitlement.
  4. Open the Flow builder using the provided launch control.

Feature boundary

The separately hosted Flow builder has its own availability and license integration. It is distinct from native WhatsApp Flows under Channels → Business tools. Ask support if the platform integration is unavailable; tenants do not configure its shared server credentials here.
